A Colorful Fiesta Themed 16th Birthday Party
A Fiesta Birthday Party
Just in time for Cinco de Mayo inspiration, I’m so very excited to share this amazing Fiesta 16th Birthday Party with y’all today! It’s darling down to every detail because the hostess behind the party was Jenny Raulli of Bloom Designs. Every single party she hosts is so creative, and I love to look to her for party inspiration. I know you will too after you see all these Fiesta details. The “shake for cake” maracas? Adore! She also shared lots of the party inspiration with us so check out the pictures and read along…
“When planning my daughter Audrey’s sixteenth birthday party, I wanted it to be bright, cheerful, colorful and fun – just like her. Fiesta Forever was the perfect party theme. Audrey has been such an amazing young girl and I wanted every little detail to be perfect for her. Since she loves flowers, I created a bright Mexican floral pattern and it became the inspiration for our invitation and decor.” – Jenny
I love all the colors Jenny used throughout the fiesta birthday party! The fiesta theme is so perfect for a 16th birthday party! That’s definitely a milestone birthday to celebrate, and Jenny didn’t miss a beat!
“What is a fiesta without paper banners. I made these adorable personalized paper banners to hang around our party and for the front of our drink and dessert tables. Little personalized touches always make the party a bit more special. I also spray painted pinatas to make them work better with our color scheme and embellished them with the paper flowers. For the dinner table I I table runners printed with our party pattern and personalized paper plates with the number “16”!”
“For me the focus of the party is always the dessert table. We used tons of bright paper flowers for the backdrop and filled the table with incredible treats. Guests feasted on custom sugar cookies, macarons, flower embellished donuts and chocolate trifles in mini floral cups. My favorite was the hand painted watercolor cake with the edible paper flower that complimented the invitation. When it was time to actually eat the cake, guest shook their “Shake for Cake” maracas.” – Jenny
How cute is this “Taco bout yum” sign? I love how Jenny never misses a detail. You can also find lots of the party decorations she used in this fiesta birthday over in her Etsy shop here!
Jenny’s details on the party drinks and more! “Adult guests fiesta-ed at the Bebidas table while Audrey’s friend sipped their favorite agua frescas and grabbed colorful gum ball party favors. During the party, guest feasted on street taco and build your own nachos and then said cheese at the photo booth.”
I’m ready to FIESTA! How about you? Whether it’s a birthday party like Audrey’s or the upcoming Cinco de Mayo festivities, I hope you’re ready to party in style! Again, you can hop over to Jenny’s Etsy Shop here to shop a lot of the decorations you see here!
