“When planning my daughter Audrey’s sixteenth birthday party, I wanted it to be bright, cheerful, colorful and fun – just like her.  Fiesta Forever was the perfect party theme. Audrey has been such an amazing young girl and I wanted every little detail to be perfect for her.   Since she loves flowers, I created a bright Mexican floral pattern and it became the inspiration for our invitation and decor.” – Jenny

DIY Fiesta Banners
I love all the colors Jenny used throughout the fiesta birthday party! The fiesta theme is so perfect for a 16th birthday party! That’s definitely a milestone birthday to celebrate, and Jenny didn’t miss a beat!
“What is a fiesta without paper banners.  I made these adorable personalized paper banners to hang around our party and for the front of our drink and dessert tables.  Little personalized touches always make the party a bit more special. I also spray painted pinatas to make them work better with our color scheme and embellished them with the paper flowers.  For the dinner table I I table runners printed with our party pattern and personalized paper plates with the number “16”!”

Fiesta Dessert Table
“For me the focus of the party is always the dessert table.  We used tons of bright paper flowers for the backdrop and filled the table with incredible treats. Guests feasted on custom sugar cookies, macarons, flower embellished donuts and chocolate trifles in mini floral cups. My favorite was the hand painted watercolor cake with the edible paper flower that complimented the invitation.  When it was time to actually eat the cake, guest shook their “Shake for Cake” maracas.” – Jenny
