My trick? Using Frozen BACARDI® Mixers! You’ll find them in the freezer aisle, and I always like keeping a few of the flavors (there are seven!) on hand for mixing up easy cocktails all summer long.

The Piña Colada is my favorite flavor, I will admit, as it reminds me of a tropical beach vacation. So I used it in this pink flamingo drink recipe!

Whether it’s a bachelorette party in need of the perfect signature cocktail or just a backyard chat session with your girlfriends, this pink punch cocktail will be your new favorite summer beverage. If you’re going to beat the heat, might as well do it with something that’s delicious and keeps the party going, right? The sweet Piña Colada combines with grapefruit juice and frozen fruit to create the perfect blend of flavors.

Pink Flamingo Punch Cocktail!

Pink Flamingo Drink Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen BACARDI® Mixer Piña Colada
  • 1 cup rum
  • 2 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

One of my favorite fruity cocktail hacks is keeping sliced fruit bagged and frozen so when the occasion calls for some pink flamingo punch, you’ll be ready. You can use this idea for all fruity drinks. Watermelon and strawberry are easy to slice and bag. Then mix it all up and you’re ready to garnish!

Whether it’s a slice of watermelon, a sprig of mint (my favorite), a strawberry on a stir stick, or a festive flamingo straw, give your pink flamingo drink a fancy finishing touch. That’s my favorite part!
