9 Cocktails To Make With That Bottle Of Rosé
Calling all rosé lovers, I have 9 of the most delicious rosé cocktails to make with that extra bottle of rosé you have in the fridge! Sip sip, hooray!
Rosé Cocktails
Grab your champagne flutes, rosé season is upon us! The temperatures are heating up and it’s about time for some pool lounging and beach vacays. Even if your summer is already filled with work or other “adult responsibilities”, 5 o’clock does indeed roll around each day so I’ve got you covered.
Grab that extra bottle of rosé you’ve been saving in the refrigerator and whip up a batch of one of these rosé cocktails. Now I love a good rosé on its own, of course, but sometimes you just want to jazz things up!
Frozen Grapefruit Rosé
Taking the top spot is definitely my favorite rosé cocktail – Frozen Rosé Grapefruit Cocktail! It’s refreshing and perfect for cooling off on a hot summer day! You blend the ingredients all together for the absolute best frozen rosé – or sometimes referred to as frosé! Plus, it has grapefruit juice in it for the tastiest twist!
Rosé Spritzer
Next up we have a light, crisp summery rosé spritzer from my darling friend Cyd of The Sweetest Occasion! So grab a glass of this cocktail and find a seat on the porch for some relaxing!
Berry Rosé Cocktail
This “berry delicious rosé cocktail” from Glitter Guide is everything my southern heart desires. It has peach liqueur in addition to the rosé, yum! I have a feeling this rosé cocktail will be making an appearance at lots of summer parties!
Frozen Rosé
What’s truly better than rosé? FROZEN rosé. That’s what. If there is a prettier rosé cocktail out there, please do share with me, because I’m all kinds of certain that this stunner from Abby Capalbo of Style Me Pretty is the best way to drink rosé.
Watermelon Rosé Margarita
One of my favorite bloggers – How Sweet Eats – concocted the ultimate watermelon rosé margarita, and if this isn’t the perfect cocktail to pair with chips and salsa, then I don’t know what is!
Rosé and White Peach Sangria
Sangria is a staple favorite around my house, and I don’t know why I have never thought of a rosé sangria! Heavenly! I’m trying Goop’s recipe for Rosé and White Peach Sangria STAT. If you try it, please leave me a comment below!
Rosé Sorbet
I truly believe that How Sweet Eat’s rosé sorbet might be an adult version of the sno cone. Just tell me that would not be the most refreshing treat to enjoy on a hot summer day? Come on dog days of summer, I welcome you, not that I need an excuse to try this. ;)
Rosé & Strawberry Cocktail
I love easy pitcher drinks like this Rosé and Strawberry Cocktail from It’s a Sparkly Life! You can prep all the ingredients ahead of time so it’s easy to serve at a party! And you KNOW how I love that!
Cotton Candy Rosé Cocktails
Well pop the Rosé champagne because these cotton candy champagne cocktails form Kirbie’s Cravings look like the perfect party treat. You all know how I love a good garnish so the cotton candy touch is just perfection. Plus, that COLOR!
There you have it! 9 delicious excuses to grab an extra bottle of rosé! So let’s rosé all day with these cocktails!
If you’re looking for a good bottle of rosé, I listed a few of my favorite brands below!

Love these recipes! Thank you Pizzazzerie????
Thank you, Mary Elizabeth! :)
Courtney, your recipes made me go right out and buy 2 bottles of Rose. I want to do the “froze” ones, but have a question. Do you pour the rose into another type container before putting it in the freezer? Or just pop the cork first and put the whole bottle in? ( I know you cannot leave the cork in or the bottle will burst… have done that more than once when forgot about a bottle of white wine I was trying to cool down rapidly.) :-( Looking forward to trying your ideas out this weekend !
Hi Rinne! There are two of the frose ones, and they have different methods for making. So this one (https://www.stylemepretty.com/living/2015/09/01/rose-slushy-recipe/) has you freeze the rose in ice cubes. The one I make (https://pizzazzerie.com/featured/frozen-rose-grapefruit-cocktail/) has the rose blended with ice and grapefruit juice to the consistency of a “slushy”. That way you never put the bottle in the freezer. :) XO – Courtney
