A Party Without Cake is Just a Meeting

Bonjour! I’m back stateside! If you saw any of my Instagram posts in the last week, then you are well aware that I had a deliciously fabulous time in Paris (did you catch last week’s Parisian style Happy List?). I’m already ready to schedule a return trip! I’ll do a recap post and include my favorite places soon (including the best pastries), but I couldn’t help but share a little Julia Child inspiration today. So fitting, yes?

Some of my favorite quotes are from Julia Child. One of my favorite – “A party without cake is just a meeting.” – is available for a free download below! I’m planning on adding it to my office corkboard. It would be cute framed in an office, dorm room, kitchen nook, or anywhere that needs a little pizzazz. It’s an 8×10 but you can certainly size it down to fit your space. I think it would be cute as a folded notecard for stationery, don’t you think?
