A Chocolate Christmas Tablescape

Chocolate-themed Christmas Tablescape! Inspiration and photos too. Today’s post has a bit of a uniting theme, chocolate! As many of you know, I’m an ambassador for Lindt Chocolate (sweetest job ever, literally), and I designed up a chocolate Christmas tablescape and a few other holiday decorating ideas with sweet chocolate just for you! Tis the season, right? So grab some truffles and set the table in style. Trust me, your family will not mind finding chocolate at their place setting for Christmas dinner ;)

So how do you go about setting the table with chocolate for Christmas this year? Let me tell you! If you’re going for a traditional look like I created, then opt for a red or green tablecloth. I love a red with a subtle pattern. I paired it with matching red napkins that made the gold flatware really pop! Gold flatware is very popular and you can find it all over now (I love this set from CB2). Next up are basic white cake stands that really let the chocolate shine! You can also use glass cake stands too, anything that adds height to create visual interest. Display your chocolates with a cute printed or calligraphy “truffles” sign!

For each place setting, a simple white dinner plate was paired with a whimsical red polka dot plate. Topping each were wrapped chocolates including a cute mini Lindt Santa! Printed names give each setting a personalized touch. Simple red goblets were perfect for water and fancy champagne flutes for a little holiday bubbly! Down the center were gold oyster trees. Oyster trees, what are you talking about Courtney? Well don’t you worry, the full DIY is coming soon! It’s one of my favorite decorations and it holds pretty LINDOR truffles throughout! How perfect? My little one especially loved these “sweet” trees!

How pretty?! They’re so gorgeous in person too. Get excited for this DIY, y’all! It’s super easy and fun.

I couldn’t stop with just a party table? Chocolate should obviously make its way into every aspect of my holiday decor. Who’s with me? So the stockings got a little chocolate love and so did the mantel!

One of my favorite elements of my chocolate Christmas mantel was this geometric LINDOR garland! This geometric garland (Target to the rescue) was perfect when filled with LINDOR truffles! Whether you make your own garland or simple string LINDOR truffles by festive ribbon, it’s a surefire way to sweeten up the holidays!

I hope you’re inspired to add a little chocolate to your Christmas this year! Whether it’s the cute Santas or truffles galore, everyone loves chocolate! Ok, not everyone, but I don’t trust those people ;)
