A Peter Rabbit Easter Party

While I don’t always have time to share “Blakely’s Parties” here on the blog (follow along here for more of her parties), we absolutely celebrate every holiday in style around these parts. It’s sort of in her blood considering what I do for a living. Ha! She adores getting to raid the prop closet and set up a “big girl” party for her teddy bears.  Thankfully for us, I found the cutest melamine Peter Rabbit plates this year (on sale now at Pottery Barn Kids)! ADORE. Sometimes I let her play with the breakable plates but it’s so nice when there are cute options in melamine.

A little white basket filled with stuffed carrots, lettuce, and cabbage leaves makes for a darling centerpiece that’s perfect for the Peter Rabbit theme! Mini baskets filled with moss and an Easter egg are a perfect touch for each guest. Mini green mason jars and cute orange straws are a cute “beverage” addition. Be on the lookout for little white baskets (we found some really cute ones in the Bullseye section at Target and used them in this Easter tablescape). They were $3, hello! Love.

Little egg dishes held carrot candies (Blakely’s favorite part) and lots of sweet Peter Rabbit figurines added the perfect decor on the table.

Blakely loves practicing “pinkies out” even while drinking orange juice. This girl loves a fancy party!

For the flatware, we used just “salad forks” but plastic cutlery would be fine too, of course! Use whatever you have to make it easy.
