Super Cute Gingerbread Holiday Baking Party!
Gingerbread is not just a holiday flavor, ya’ll! It’s a PARTY THEME! Rachel Scott is swinging by to share the darling details of this Gingerbread Holiday Party Playdate she styled. “We wanted to have a special holiday playdate for our toddlers and their preschool buddies. The concept of our Gingerbread Playdate came as we sipped gingerbread lattes and the flavor reminded us of the holiday season! Styling the party around our ideas and tailoring it to our toddlers was so much fun! We love that it’s a party with a purpose and also a holiday playdate that works for many different age groups. Â Everyone loves decorating cookies!”
“As the children arrived, moms helped them press dough into cookie molds and place them in the oven to bake. During the wait for the gingerbread to cook, we read the Gingerbread Man story.  When we went back to the oven to check on the cookies–they had run away just like the Gingerbread Man in our story! The kids searched through the house before finally finding the cookies on the table to decorate. With an older crowd, the kids can follow clues on a scavenger hunt to make the Gingerbread chase a little more fun! The mini-chefs iced their cookies and decorated them with an assortment of adorable sprinkles!”
“The accordion folded medallion cupcake toppers were made much more easily with this handy scorer!  The banner, mini candy wrappers, cupcake toppers and wrappers, water bottle labels, straw flags, coloring book and favor tags are all available FREE as a download from RV Parties. The best part about this holiday-themed party is that it’s so easy to decorate! Aside from the free printables, all the decorations were items already on hand!”
“How darling are the embroidered aprons? Our lovely embroiderer is able to custom match any jpeg image and used the exact gingerbread man from our printables. We were thrilled with how they turned out! Our chefs had a blast decorating (and eating!) their cookies.  In addition to the apron and chefs hats, the kiddos received a copy of the Gingerbread Man story with a coloring book (included in the free printable pack!), gorgeous sugar cookies and assortment of sweets from the dessert table.”
