Pink, Lace, & Pearls Bridal Shower!
pink & pearls
As a bride-to-be myself, I adore viewing gorgeous shower images like this one from Intertwined Events! It’s full of all things girly like lace, pearl, and pink! The sweet details are endless from a sweet scrapbook, treat favors, darling paper details, and a dreamy color palette!
Brianna Beverage, the sweet bride to be, wanted a fun and feminine day for her summer bridal shower. Intertwined Events played off the idea of pearls and lace which would later be incorporated into her wedding. Using pretty pinks, creams and greens, accented by the lace and pearls, they created a classy and feminine design for the bride and her guests.
A number of DIY projects were incorporated including banners, custom mason jar tags and a candy bar that were all inspired by the party theme, “The Sweetest Bride to Be”. Activities included the standard shower games as well as a scrapbooking station where guests were asked to give their “Sweetest Words of Advice For the Sweetest Bride To Be”, adding a twist to the plain advice cards. Throughout the shower, guest’s photos were taken and later were added to the book beside their words of advice creating a fun keepsake scrapbook for the bride.
I love the idea of bringing in the texture of the pearls and lace to the pink color palette! Visit your local fabric or craft store for lots of accessories and crafty items to jazz up a shower or party with texture!

I like how the presentation is modern but the materials speak to tradition, like the lace and pearls. Just lovely!
This shower is stunning. It is everything that you dreamt about back when you were still playing with dolls with a level of sophistication and elegance! It makes me feel like a real girl! Thanks for the inspiration.
