M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E, MICKEY MOUSE! I grew up a Mickey Mouse lover just like a lot of kids so this party definitely took me back to the days of childhood. Designed by Stefanie Nieves of The Petite Soiree for a 2nd birthday party for Josiah, a cute and adorable little boy who loves Mickey Mouse!
Stefanie said, “The party took place in Ozone Park NY and although I love the urban look for parties, I thought it would be cool to bring more greenery to the city block and make the mickey theme more about the park than mickey. I accomplished this through handmade texturized trees, clouds + outdoor elements like the kite and hot air balloon.”
Stefanie hand created the hot air balloon from common objects like rope, left over fabric, and a beach bucket! So creative and very cute for a Mickey Mouse theme!
The plates shaped like Mickey are one of my favorite elements of this party and so easy to recreate with black plates!
