{Party Feature} Adorable Puppy Pawty!
This puppy pawty is one of my favorites I’ve been able to share here on Pizzazzerie! Everyone loves man’s, er, girl’s best friend and what better way to celebrate your birthday than with your furry besties? I am in love with the felt puppy ear headbands and those furry pupcakes! Yum! Jenifer from Hello Love Designs is responsible for this cuteness overload so I’ll let her take it from here!
“The day after my niece turned six, she was set on a puppy party for her seventh birthday.  Throughout the year her mom continued to ask and “make sure” the theme had stuck, and, sure enough, Zoe never had a doubt.  We decided on a preppy themed puppy “pawty” with a French flair using navy, pink, stripes, polka dots, houndstooth, and ruffles.  I designed the printables based on the important puppies in Zoe’s life: her two schnauzers, her grandparents’ daschunds, and her favorite dog breed, the poodle. Zoe wanted to help with the party, so she and her mom made puppy balloons and hung one from each dining chair.  She also helped her mom put together the felt puppy ear headbands.
The whole party was full of puppy puns. Â The sweet table was “Zoe’s Barkery” with a “Happy Barkday” banner hanging among the fluffy fur-like festooning. Â “Poodle Fluff” cotton candy was the hit of the party. Â The girls got a kick out of eating “dog fur!” Â My husband also baked and decorated the “Pupcakes.”
Pawty guests enjoyed a build-your-own hot dog station at the party restaurant called The Chew.  Each menu choice was a different dog breed like the “Golden Retriever” was a hot dog with mustard only or the Wiener Dog was a plain hot dog with just a wiener.  The children took their hot dog selection very seriously!  I found it so funny that some of the children would choose their hot dog based upon their favorite kind of dog and not even care for the condiments.  They just wanted to make sure they were getting their favorite dog! It was truly a pawty to remember!” – Jenifer of Hello Love Designs
How darling?! This party could easily be adjusted for a boy’s theme or gender-neutral too! With all this cute inspiration, I’m ready to throw my own PUPPY PAWTY!
