I love this recipe, y’all! Love it! It’s technically a dessert but totally passes as an “appetizer” too. It’s fall-flavored for upcoming parties and ready in minutes. I’ve always added jam or preserves over bites of brie, but the upcoming fall season needed a little redo of this popular treat. Pecan pie is a fave down south so I decided it would go over well with my friends and family. I was right! These were gobbled up in minutes. Might I suggest doubling the recipe.

You can’t SEE the brie very well but it’s hiding under there and it pairs so well with the sweet pecan pie topping. They’re baked just long enough for the sugary sweetness to melt down into the brie. The phyllo cups crisp up perfectly and va-voom! Ready to plate. Don’t worry if you have a million things to do before guests arrive (assuming you’re serving these at a party) because they taste just fine if they cool down. Not to worry.

Let’s talk about how to make them, shall we? It’s simple.

You start with these cute phyllo cups. Find them in the grocery freezer aisle by puff pastry, phyllo dough, etc. Grab a box and off you go.
