Isn’t is ADORABLE? I absolutely love the push-up pops and coffee station! Dina shared some party details with us! Read on below for her inspiration + details..

“I love the Holidays – seriously love them! It’s our second year of hosting a Suggs Family Brunch. We invite over our friends & family to eat, decorate sugar cookies and kick off the Holiday Season! Last year was all about Buddy the Elf. This year I wanted to do something a little more classic so we picked “The Grinch that Stole Christmas”. My kids LOVE the book and it totally brings me back to my childhood.

I turned to the incredible Loralee Lewis for my invitation design & paperie items. I wanted the party to have a more vintage feel rather than whimsical. Loralee took the request of “vintagey but not whimsical” and turned that into the most beautiful invitations, paper straws, labels & tags!

When throwing a brunch at my home, I tend to stick to serving yummy but simple foods. My guests munched on mini quiches, pinwheel sandwiches, muffins, donuts, greek yogurt, fruit, assorted cereals & chicken mini sandwiches. My favorite part of the brunch table is the glitter tree with sweet ornament sugar cookies from Yummy Delicious Cookies. The tree & ornaments reminds me so much of the invitation, I just love it.  That Whoville sign is beyond incredible, Loralee did such an amazing job!

I have such a sweet tooth so a dessert table is a must! Since I was serving lots of sweets as part of the brunch, I really wanted to keep the dessert table small and offer treats that people can take home. Beautiful sugar cookies by Hayley Cakes & Cookies, amazing chocolate covered oreos & cupcake toppers by Love & Sugar Kisses and cake & cupcakes by My Sweet Things. The wooden peg Grinch doll, created by Craft that Party, made the perfect cake topper.

Guests enjoyed assorted juices, milk, coffee & hot coco courtesy of the Whoville Coffee & Dairy company! Brewing since 1948!

Last but certainly not least, I was so thrilled to have a custom Apron to wear from Aimee Broussard Handmade!”

Isn’t it CUTE?! What’s your favorite part? Leave a comment! {we read every one}

  6. Hi, I know this is an old post, but I’m host a Grinch themed Cookie Exchange this year and love the coffee station. Wondering if you could clarify if it was Loral Lewis who created the labels for the coffee cups or was it Petite Party Studio. I’ve looked at both websites and can’t locate them.

    Thanks!
    Anne

    1. Hi Anne! This was a feature so Deliciously Darling Events (Dina) styled it! I’d reach out to her for your question!
