{RECIPE} FETA PEPPER SPINACH DIP

Feta Pepper Spinach Dip paired with Lay’s Kettle Cooked potato chips #FritoLayHoliday

It’s easy to get caught up in the holiday hustle and bustle, but Lay’s® Kettle Cooked potato chips make it easy to slow down and unwind with your sweetie. This recipe for Feta Pepper Spinach Dip pairs perfectly with Lay’s® Kettle Cooked potato chips!

Yields 2 cups

1 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup sour cream
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, spinach, diced peppers, chili powder, paprika, and feta cheese. Stir well and bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until top is turning slightly golden. Serve with Lay’s® Kettle Cooked potato chips.

{RECIPE} ZESTY CAJUN ARTICHOKE DIP 

Zesty Cajun Artichoke Dip paired with Ruffles potato chips #FritoLayHoliday

Forget frou-frou bite-sized appetizers – Ruffles® potato chips deliver the hearty, satisfying snack experience guys love. With Ruffles® potato chips, they’ll be mingling around the snack table all season long. I know my husband absolutely loves this dip along with a football game and of course – Ruffles® chips!

Yields 3 cups

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup sour cream
½ onion, diced
14 bacon strips, fully cooked and diced
2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
1 cup pepper jack shredded cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Combine softened cream cheese, artichoke hearts, sour cream, onion, bacon, seasoning, cheese, and tomatoes. Stir until combined and bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until slightly golden on top. Serve with Ruffles Chips.

{RECIPE} FROSTED ICICLE MOCKTAILS

Frosted Icicle Mocktail #FritoLayHoliday

Every hostess needs a delicious and festive drink recipe up her sleeve that’s easy to whip up when guests swing by! This frosted icicle mocktail is perfect for everyone to enjoy and pairs well with everything from dips to dinner.

Serves 6-8

4 cups (2 pints) white grape juice
2 cups lemon-lime soda (Sierra Mist)
4 drops blue food coloring
¼ cup light corn syrup
½ cup white sanding sugar

Place corn syrup in shallow plate. Also place sanding sugar in shallow plate. Flip mocktail glasses upside down and place in corn syrup and then in sanding sugar. In a pitcher, stir together white grape juice and blue food coloring. Fill 2/3 of each mocktail glass with grape juice. Just before serving, finish last 1/3 of
glass with lemon-lime soda. Enjoy with your favorite Frito-Lay chips!
