5 Things I’ve Been Loving Lately…

Girl Running with American Flag

School is out and summertime has started here in Tennessee! Are schools out where you live? I know it can vary a bit. I’m excited to have my daughter (Blakely) home for the summer to help me with book shoots and enjoying a few fun surprises coming our way.

It’s been a wild few weeks, and if you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen that I had a fertility-related surgery a couple of weeks ago. Between that and shoots for the book, it’s been wild, ya’ll! All good things, however! I’ve been wanting to share a few favorite finds with you, so I had to pop in and share here.

Here are 5 things I’ve been LOVING lately…

Blue and White Striped Tablecloth

1. Blue & White Striped Tablecloth

I love the look of a tablecloth, but not necessarily the fuss of keeping spills off of them (especially with a little one around). This classic blue & white striped tablecloth is water-resistant while not feeling too slick/shiny. The color is a light blue meets periwinkle that I LOVE for summer gatherings and backyard parties. It would even be perfect for laying directly on the grass for a picnic.  SHOP IT HERE.

Tula Gel Cream2. Tula Aqua Infusion Gel Cream

First up, TULA! I recently discovered this brand, and I don’t know where I’ve been hiding. With combination skin and lots of redness in my cheeks, I have been searching for a great skincare company. Found it. I love their products, and will use it for life! I specifically love the Aqua Infusion Gel Cream, but also use their cleanser, day & night cream, and illuminating serum. Tula uses probiotics in their products, and it must be some kind of magic potion. My skin is less red and splotchy and feels softer than it ever has before. Fan for life.

Blue and White Chinoiserie Plate

3. Blue & White Dessert Plates

I recently snagged these 12 blue and white dessert plates from Horchow, and I love them! What I really love is that they have a bit of a Chinoiserie-feel to them, and each design is unique. The patterns are all amazing and they would elevate any tablescape, year-round. I bought the dessert size but they could easily be used for larger appetizer plates or lunch plates as well.

Juliska Berry & Thread

4. Juliska Berry & Thread

I have quite the crush on all things Juliska, including their new Chambray plates in the Berry & Thread style. I love the entire line! Oh my word, adore adore adore! That perfect blue is so classic, especially for summer entertaining. Stay tuned, I’m going to style a summer tablescape with my Juliska pieces soon!

Hair Bows

5. Blakely’s Bows

Last but not least, a random one! I get a lot of questions on social media about where I buy a lot of Blakely’s hair bows. Amazon! I do have a few special ones from Smocked Auctions and Shrimp ‘n Grits, but just basic colors are a no-brainer buy on Amazon. Here is the set I ordered. Such a random thing, but if you’re a mom of a girl who wears bows, you KNOW how expensive they can be. And they get lost all the time. They are a bit like hair ties, where do they go?! Anyway, I love this set and all the colors!

There we have it! 5 things I’ve been loving lately!
