How to Make Mini Christmas Wreath Pizzas!
If you have kids, this is a perfect idea for an easy Christmas-themed dinner that’s easy and yummy! I’ve created these mini Christmas wreath pizzas and detailed the how-to and recipe below (using Pamela’s Products Pizza Crust Mix). It’s gluten-free and wheat-free so perfect when feeding a range of kids with different needs! Best part? It’s delicious and my new favorite pizza dough! I love the star-shaped pepperonis but of course you can use round too! Have fun with the cookie cutters and let the family get creative to put their own twist on their wreath pizzas!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1 package Pamela’s Products Pizza Crust Mix
2 cups pizza sauce
2 cups cheese (I used Monterey Jack)
2-3 dozen mini pepperonis (cut into fun shapes like stars!)
2 bunches green onions (tied into bows)
2 cutters (one large and one small)
HOW TO MAKE MINI CHRISTMAS WREATH PIZZAS
1. Follow the instructions on the Pamela’s Products Pizza Crust mix (easy!!) and roll out thin. Use a large round cutter (mine was 5 inches) to cut out several rounds. Use the small cutter inside to complete the wreath shape. Prebake the crusts for 4-5 minutes or until firm.
2. Top each pizza with sauce, cheese, and star-shaped pepperonis!
3. Place mini Christmas wreath pizzas back in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until edges are crispy and cheese is melted.
4. When removed from oven, add a green onion bow! You can use cream cheese to help the bow “hold” together if needed.
You can even try a little bow tie with a green bell pepper!
5. Enjoy!
