Host a Champagne & Cheese Party!

Tips for a Champagne & Cheese Party! from

Host your friends and neighbors for a Champagne & Cheese Party now that the warmer weather has finally arrived! I absolutely love adding fun twists to cheese parties like classic stripes, whimsical details, and of course – delicious cheese! I’m thrilled to have partnered with Président Cheese to style a party tablescape to inspire you to host your own party! This party features Président Brie Logs and  Président Gourmet Cheese: Herbs de Provence (a spreadable cheese); two of my favorites for entertaining. I wanted to use classic appetizer-style recipes that are both delicious but also visually appealing as well. See more of my pics below as well as my spread on!

A bold royal blue tablecloth was topped with a whimsical black-and-white striped runner. The black-and-white stripe theme was carried out through the party with napkins, straws for drinks, vases, and holders for crackers and pretzel sticks.

Classic hydrangeas served as a simple centerpiece atop stacked white cake stands that were perfect for holding all the canapés. Welcome your guests with a tray of champagne and berries as they pick out their favorite cheese treats.

Height always creates a dramatic element so consider serving up breadsticks and pretzels in tall votive glasses. Clear glass and solid white are perfect for a whimsical party because they really allow the striped décor to pop!

Herbs de Provence Cups: Line canapé cups with celery leaf and three chive stalks. Fill canapé cups with ½ teaspoon of Président Gourmet Cheese: Herbs de Provence.

Blackberry Brie Bites: Slice Président Brie Log into slices. Place each slice into a phyllo cup. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes or until brie has melted. Top with a blackberry and serve!

Celery Almond Slices: Slice celery stalks in two-inch strips. Top each with a spread of Président Gourmet Cheese in your favorite flavor (I love Herbs de Provence and Garlic & Herb). Top with a roasted almond.

Prosciutto Spinach Roll-Ups: Spread ½ teaspoon of Président Gourmet Cheese: Garlic & Herb onto a round slice of Prosciutto. Top with 2 spinach leaves and roll, securing with a toothpick.

Pick up your favorite Président products to style your own Champagne & Cheese party! It’s a perfect theme for engagement parties, bridal showers, birthday parties, or just a neighborhood gathering. Create the appetizers above or add your own spin in the kitchen!

  3. Courtney,
I love all your party ideas. They are so different and I get tons of ideas. My blog is still very new and I’m learning a lot, but I still have a long way to go. Are you attending any conferences this year? I would love to get the chance to meet you. Anyway, keep up the good work.
