I can’t tell you how delighted I was to be able to work on this lovely Tea Party Bridal Shower held by the Northern New Jersey Wedding and Event Professionals group! Beautifully planned by AART Event Planning and Luxe Events NJ, the shower was held at the Harmony Tea Room in NJ, the perfect place for a tea themed affair.

Guests arrived to an adorably set tea room where they were served from a delicious selection of teas and scones before being whisked away to the party room for more tempting treats and refreshing pink lemonade! The color scheme of delicate pinks and greens was reflected in all parts of the décor,  and really brought a light springtime feel to the affair.

The favors, happily created by me (yay!) at Creations by Crista Marie, were tea bags with customized labels : ) I also put together some fun doilies laced with colored ribbon that featured a recipe for tea cookies, which guests were also able to take home as an additional trinket!

The charming centerpieces, created by Flowers by Pennylyn, featured a fresh array of hydrangea and other blossoms and added the ideal finishing touch to the room!

After entertaining party goers with a “guess how many sugar cubes are in the jar” game (another tribute to our tea theme)everyone surely went home with new friends and smiles on their faces : )
