Isaac’s Golf-Themed 2nd Birthday Party!
This feature is late-coming on Pizzazzerie (it was featured on Hostess With the Mostess in September) but, I wanted to share it here as well! Isaac is my darling ring-bearer for my wedding next June. I love this little boy. I designed his 1st birthday and this one as well. My Mom was a huge help and came up with so many of the creative ideas seen in this party. Thanks Mom!

Here are some party details for you if you’re planning on throwing a golf party!
Simple blue baskets were jazzed up with golf ball bases and filled with a yummy lunch! Simple cheese sandwiches were cut with round biscuit cutters for a golf ball shape! A mini golf club set, golf tie, and golf hat were used as props for decoration! The kids LOVED playing with the mini golf club set. This was a lucky find at Tuesday Morning!
Rye grass was grown a week before the party as decoration and set on top of glass cake stands as a base for cupcakes and the birthday cake! This is a super easy “wow-factor” for all types of parties outside (think Easter too!). We simply grew the grass in plastic containers from the hardware store.
We had a fabulous time! The weather was perfect + the kids loved playing golf and eating golf treats to celebrate Isaac’s 2nd birthday!
