Now you KNOW I love pineapples (anyone remember THIS COCKTAIL?)! Well, I’m back with a quick and easy way to whip up pineapple margaritas! Whether you just want one (hello “me” time!) or you’re making them for a crowd, the key is keeping it easy and delicious. I have been dying to try the KEURIG® KOLDâ„¢ ever since I heard about it (um, fountain Diet Coke at the push of a button? YES, PLEASE WHERE DO I PUSH). When I found out that the KEURIG® KOLDâ„¢ also has pods that are cocktail ready (mojitos, margaritas, etc), I was ecstatic!
Keurig was kind enough to let me try one out myself! I really did wonder if it was something I would truly love or would it just sit lonely on the counter without getting used. I’m here to say that I truly love it! My husband has been enjoying craft sodas, root beer, etc and I’ve been getting my diet coke fix. We’ve BOTH been loving the cocktail mixes. You don’t even need ice if you don’t want to use it since the drinks are ice cold when they come out. Another thing to note is that the KOLD Pods are often on sale so you can order up when you see them on sale!
So we loved the Rita & Tina’s Classic Margarita! You can find it here on the Keurig website. So to give it some pineapple flair, make it as directed with your Keurig KOLD. Then, add 2 ounces of pineapple juice and 2 ounces of your favorite tequila! Garnish with a pineapple wedge and you’re sipping in style, friends. Isn’t that fun? Of course you can rim in salt or sugar if you prefer. Whatever you like! Add in some fun napkins, leaf appetizer plates (from Swoozies, aren’t they cute?!) and you’re well on your way to a Palm Beach inspired party!
If you love the pineapple trend too, then stay tuned for more Palm Beach inspired party ideas coming your way soon! And keep up with behind the scenes over on Instagram .
These margaritas would be perfect for Cinco de Mayo, and I also put a few more Cinco de Mayo party ideas below! :)
Cheers!

Oh now there’s a fabulous idea!
I LOVE those cocktail glasses, and the cocktails themselves look so yummy. I’m pretty jealous of that awesome device right now
