Holiday Movie Night Box

If there is one thing I love most about the holidays, it’s the movies! Elf is a personal fave, but leave me a comment below and tell me yours!  I’m always trying to think of unique gift ideas, especially for those hard-to-gift friends and family. THIS IS IT.

A holiday movie night box. You create a “kit” for them to enjoy one evening during the holidays that’s full of everything they need for the most epic holiday movie night.

I wrapped all of mine up in a big box, but you could use a basket or gift bag too! Here’s what I put in my holiday movie night box, but you can tailor it to your recipient!

HOLIDAY MOVIE NIGHT BOX

1. Popcorn is a must! I included several flavors of  G.H. Cretors Popped Corn! I love The Mix which is a mix of caramel corn and cheese corn, amazing!
2. Holiday pajamas for cozying up.
3. Holiday movies (you could also do a gift card to a streaming service like Netflix).
4. Movie night candies.
5. Mugs for hot cocoa!

What I love about this gift is that you’re gifting an “experience” to pause and enjoy family and friends during this hectic holiday season. I know I love any chance to curl up with my daughter and watch holiday movies, especially with popcorn in hand. It’s like a time-out from all the hustle and bustle, and that makes it the perfect gift for your own family or another!

If you have a tradition of watching holiday movies on Christmas eve, then you could call this a “Christmas Eve Box” or just keep it generic as a “Holiday Movie Night Box”, whichever works for your family or recipient. Include homemade hot cocoa mix or fuzzy slippers. You get the idea! The key is creating a box you can enjoy for an epic popcorn-filled movie night!
