Raise your hand my peach lovers! I know there are some of you because lots of you loved THIS post of mine on Instagram recently (find those here, by the way)! Well, I’m a huge peach lover. I grew up visiting my grandparents in upstate South Carolina during the hot summer months. My grandfather would always take us out in his old grey truck (these were the late 80s/early 90s, we could basically hang off the back of the truck, no rules) and take us peach picking! I’m pretty certain we ate our weight in peaches before even bringing some back to be made into cobbler!
So I might not have been indulging in peach cocktails when I was 6, but now I can turn my peach obsession into a happy hour fave. I’m making one of these peach cocktails a week all summer long, the summer of peaches! I know I named it the summer of citrus recently, but can we add in peaches please?!
I would totally serve this at a garden luncheon? You don’t throw luncheons? Do it. You’ll feel all fancy and sip things like peach iced tea, but spiked, and southern. ;)
This cocktail is totally down my husband’s alley! AND, did you know that June 14th is National Bourbon Day. As if we needed an excuse….
Because we needed another bourbon cocktail (duh), doesn’t this one look snazzy? Plus, you get to call it a “smash”. Instantly cooler.
I think ginger instantly makes everything taste so amazing. My husband makes a fabulous ginger margarita, so I’ll make him do a little “guest post” here, don’t you think that’s a great idea? :) Meanwhile, this martini is calling my name!
Speaking of margaritas, this might be my favorite one of the bunch! That pretty cooler! Plus, when you drink a margarita, you’re required to also eat tacos and chips. It’s just sort of mandatory. Sip sip HOORAY!
You didn’t think I was done with the bourbon drinks, did you? Truly though, it compliments the peach so well! Plus, this bourbon mule is FROZEN. Gimme gimme. And copper mugs! LOVE!
You literally can’t go another day if you have not had a sip of a peach bellini. It’s true. You must actually stop what you’re doing and run grab the ingredients to make this! Bellinis are SO GOOD!
Living in Tennessee, we see a lot of moonshine. I’ve tried Apple Pie Moonshine but never Peach Cobbler Moonshine. So this one? I’m SO EXCITED to try it! Let me know if you try it too, leave me a comment below!
